Using our Chat service, you can be in real-time contact with our customer service professionals with issues pertaining to collections and payments. Our Chat-service is available between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. (In July between 8 AM and 8 PM from Mondays to Thursday’s and 8 AM and 6 PM on Fridays.)
